BSM’s landscape designs endeavour to create habitats and foster life between, within, and beyond buildings. We consider factors which make a moment in a garden special, like the play of light and shadow and the way they change throughout the course of a day. We use planting in numerous ways, attempting to establish distinct spaces within a garden, frame views and vistas beyond, create a sense of privacy or respond to natural processes. Our designs range from residential gardens to landscapes in estates and water-wise indigenous gardens. Regardless of style or form, our landscape designs embrace the changing of the seasons and aim to bring people closer to nature.
