CREATING CONNECTIVITY

BSM has worked on a wide variety of commercial spaces ranging from offices in Upington, to banks and malls all around South Africa, and large-scale office spaces abroad. While keeping the client’s brief in mind, we aim to achieve harmonious spatial design, allowing for easy circulation and accessibility.
BSM employed a new approach in our design of the Wilderness Square Shopping Centre.
Our architects incorporated natural lighting, expansive forest views and passive cooling to allow for a comfortable customer experience. Pedestrian walkways create connectivity to neighbouring commercial and residential spaces in the seaside village.
